Learn Irish Music

"The Irish Fest School of Music classes and workshops I've taken have been lead by caring, nurturing, world-class musical artists, each quite competent within their prospective instruments and talents and offered at affordable prices. So much to learn, even for those who may just want to "explore." It was at the monthly Family Session where I was able to slowly confront my fear of playing an instrument around other people and now the fun just keeps expanding." - Rusty

"As an adult student who was interested in learning the whistle, I was a little hesitant. Would I learn interesting traditional music? Or would I learn only the Irish equivalent of "Hot Cross Buns" learned by children in early lessons? I was very excited to work with Jeff in his crafting of lessons. The early tunes were selected as traditional and interesting tunes, but not out of my reach. I continued to learn new tunes, with each one containing a tip or technique. Learning while playing interesting music as an adult - what could be better?" - Bill

"I have never felt that mastering the hardest tune is the goal but rather that I enjoy the music and achieve my personal best.  It is because of this that I continue with lessons at the Irish Fest School of Music and I know that whoever joins a class there will find it to be a wonderfully enjoyable experience." - Joan
